Artist Portfolio Website
Design Challenge
How best to organize and display a diverse portfolio. The home page needs to be elegant and artistic, with simple user-friendly navigation. Shopify needs to be integrated with an on-demand printing service to sell artwork.
Solution
An off-black background was chosen to highlight the artwork. The portfolio was divided into four categories, using navigation and buttons on the home page. Sub-pages are easy to scroll for fast viewing. If a visitor wants to see more, examples of each project can be viewed using a carousel slide show. Shopify was integrated with Printly for artwork sales.
